iTunes does not respond or quits on launch

Hello!
I have a brand new PC with Intel etc.

And i'm going to get my new iPhone in a few weeks.. So I have already installed the latest iTunes on my computer!
But I can start the program and it works for a few seconds... But then it just stops... I really don´t think it totally crash but I can´t click anywhere for some minutes.. And then I can click one more time and it stops again... So can anyone help me?

In the course of your troubleshooting to date, have you worked through the following document?
