What your phone "unlocked" by some other method before you got it unlocked by AT&T? If so, you have most likely permanently bricked the phone.

This is symptomatic of attempting to update, restore, or apply a legitimate unlock to a hacked iPhone.

Your next step is to throw away the phone and buy a new one. Your phone is permanently disabled and will never work again.

You've managed to permanently damage the phone. As gdgmacguy suggests, buy a new one. Preferably from a legitimate source.

You may also want to keep in mind that it is illegal to use the Gevey SIM in pretty much every country on the planet. It may still be legal on the continent of antarctica, but that's only because penguins don't use cell phones as a rule.
