I've been facing a problem with iTunes v. 10.7.0.21, the main page is blank i've tried uninstall/install the version with the same problem, I've used the autoruns method too didnt work and I've tried the cmd with adminstration too but with no luck, I cannot purchase or listen to a sample song on iTunes and you can see it on the photo i attachted

Perhaps try resetting your iTunes Store Cache.
Go "Edit > Preferences". In the Advanced tab, click the "Reset cache" button shown in the following screenshot:
... and then click OK.
Restart your iTunes, and head back to the Store. Can you see the middle bit too now?
I just tried that and It didnt work too. any idea of whats wrong here? It was working perfectly couple of days ago, its a white screen but I can click on anything in the middle and the link actually works!

Perhaps try the other measures (apart from resetting the cache0 from the iTunes Store loads partially or returns "Error 306" or "Error 10054" section in the Specific Conditions and Alert Messages: (Mac OS X / Windows) section of the following document:
