moving logic studio

Hi There,

I bought logic 6 many moons ago and kept updating to the newest version studio 9. I now have a new macbook pro but no way of installing my old discs as they were power pc applications which used a dongle in the old days. How would i go about getting the latest version on my new laptop? what will apple do when i contact their support desk? to be honest logic pro on its own would do.

thanks

Logic Studio, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)

You should be able to share a DVD drive from a different Mac (in the Sharing system preferences) and install Logic Pro this way on your Mac. You only need the latest DVD (probably your Logic Studio Upgrade) and then the serial number of the upgrade and the original version (or the serial number of your XSKey)
