How do I enter my PUK code, my phone does not prompt this so don't know how to unblock, also my on off does not work

It's the code provided my the network provider to unblock the phone to work on any phone providers network, it's on 02 currently and I want to use orange.
Just install some games and play them untill iPhone turns off(because of battery drain), then connnect it to charger and it will turn on, then enter PUK
The PUK has nothing to do with unlocking the iPhone.
There are no codes to enter to unlock an iPhone.
The PUK code is for the SIM only.
iPhones are unlocked by the carrier and the process is completed by restoring the device as new via iTunes.
