Quise instalar una aplicación para limpiar y ordenar mi Mac y se quedo trabada la apague y hoy solo
Se ve la pantalla blanca con la manzana y el circulito de que esta pensando...

I would try starting up in Safe mode, and dragging the application you installed to the trash. That may be enough to get rid of it.
