How can I transfer ipad songs to itunes due to hardware failure :-(

Please help..

My PC recently failed to find the harddrive and had to be replaced. When I downloaded itunes again and signed in there was no music in the library because my musicon the harddrive was lost. My Ipad still has my entire library on it. When I plugged my ipad into itunes it says it's associatedwith adifferent itunes account. Is there any way I can uploadmy music from my ipad to itunes? I really don;t want to have to upload everything again:_(
