Hello, I have just updated my ipod (5g 30gb, black) through itunes, which I have done many times before, and the computer won't let me disconnect the ipod. Normally for me, it says OK to disconnect when it has finnished updating, but it has stopped doing that now.
When I try to eject the ipod, a window appears that says the "ipod cannot be disconnected because files on it are being used by other applications". I have checked and there are only two programs running, one is itunes and the other is Creative Music Source Go, which seems to run all the time anyway.
I have put my ear to the ipod and it sounds like it is doing something.
Can someone please help?
