I have the hotspot with my plan
How can i access this on my iphone 4s? There is no option for me in general settings. I have hotspot added to my poan and i dont know how to use it

if it don't show up then the iphone don't get a supported feature detection from the carrier
If you go to Settings>General>Network the hotspot is located in that section of the phone.
Thats what i was thinking but i just thought maybe there was still a way.
@griggsacus i didnt see it under network i watched how to find it on youtube but i cant locate it in my phone
Verify that your carrier supports Personal Hotspot for your device and that you have Personal Hotspot enabled on your cellular plan:

Try a reset and see if that will help. Hold the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and then release. The phone will reboot and it may show then. This will not affect any data on your device.
I finally found it! Its through general in settings but i have to go to cellular instead... Thanx for all the help..
