Is iCloud the same as iDisk?
No, iCloud has no iDisk capabilities. It is primarily for syncing data between devices/computers and for iOS device backups. Also there are no web page services.

This answers my question. Thank you. I loved iDisk. I dislike Dropbox's miserable linking process.
