ipad icloud backup screen will not clear after tapping OK...any suggestions?

Please help me clear a warning screen from my ipad.

It reads "This ipad hasn't been backed up in 2 weeks. Plug in, lock and enable wifi"

However tapping "OK" doesn't clear?

Any suggestions?

Try resetting you iPad: hold the on/off and home buttons at the same time until you see the Apple logo, then release. You won't lose any data by doing this.
