Oct 5, 2012 7:08 PM in response to Patriciahmezaby b noir,Is that when you try updating using an iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64Setup.exe) installer file downloaded from the Apple website?

Feb 5, 2013 1:08 PM in response to b noirby gailtruckee,I am having the same problem. What it says is the installer has insufficient privileges to access this diectoryC:\programdata\Microsoft\Windows\Startmenu\Programs\iTunes. The installation cannot contimue. Logon as administrator or contact your system administrator. In the Apple Store after the prior version to this version they gave me a list of what to do in a specific order and then it installed. I need that list of what to do. Does anyone have it?
