I want to rent a movie from my Apple TV that I just got. It keeps telling me to go to the apple store and verify my payment information so I went to the apple store and edited my payment info but it still tells me I need to verify my payment information.

How do I verify my "payment information" to rent a movie on my Apple TV for the first time.
