I cannot download the latest version of itunes 10

I cannot download the latest version of itunes 10. There is a screen in the itunes website that states I have downloaded the software, but when I open it whatever I downloaded states it is not a VALID WIN 32 APPLICATION. Ive tried several ways to downloading it. Maybe my pc computer is not compatible but I have never had this problem before. PLEASE HELP ME!!

Let's try the following document with that one:

iTunes: Windows reports that "iTunesSetup.exe is not a valid Win32 application"
