iPhone 4 and Maps

Apple suggests other maps,neither my iPhone4 can be downgraded to iOS5, nor can I use offline google maps on iOS6. All my Offline Maps, Pins are all gone and points to a location on map, where it does not display anything. My iPhone 4 with out proper maps has become totally useless. I don't think so I will buy an iPhone 5. Seems like I have an expensive toy to be kept in the shelf.

You can use Google maps via Safari, and they have just activated Street View for the mobile web. You can also create a homepage shortcut for it. I know it is not exactly what you were looking for, however it is a workaround.

Well yes I can access through Safari, it's just that it's no alternative which dissapoints me.
