my iphone is from Austrailia ...... but i faced a problem with it ..it was not unlocked .... how can i unlock my phone

Call the carrier to whom the phone is locked to see if they allow unlocking and what the requirements are. Apple is not involved in this in any way.

but now its there in austrailia now ..... so how can it be unlocked
