I cannot see a menu to select advanced in order to set up home sharing. Any advice?
I am trying to set up home share with my apple tv but I cannot find a menu in iTunes to set up home share? Any advice?

I wasn't sure which device you couldn't find the menu on so I have just put the link for ipad, there are links to computer etc on the page.
