hello i am from jordan i have 2 year contract with Orange and after the contrat is done they refused to unlock the iphone please help

Unfortunately, the cellular provider (Orange) is the only one that can provide unlocking. It is their decision.
yes i go to Orange office asking them to unlock my iphone because my contract with them was done and they refused to do so
