Extended complimentary storage for former MobileMe members
On my iPhone it says I have the £28 iCloud storage plan. Is it free or have I been charged £28?

You won't be charged unless you specifically purchase extra storage. If you are a MobileMe migratee you have complimentary extra storage until 30 September 2013.
