Oct 6, 2012 6:30 AM in response to miniminimynemoby Sparky_122,It may affect the unit if the opening keeps getting bigger but other than that no, try to push the screen back down so that it can re attach to the glue that holds down the touch screen. Good Luck!

Oct 7, 2012 9:49 PM in response to Sparky_122by miniminimynemo,I already called apple and the senior service told me to send him the photo of my iPod to check if it replaceable or what. But still has no reply. How long will it take me to wait? This matter really bothers me.

Oct 7, 2012 10:15 PM in response to Sparky_122by miniminimynemo,And also I went to their store and according to one of their staff, they will not replace it. but as far as I know the warranty still covers everything. Also sometimes, my iPod gets hot, would it be the cause why my iPod screen opened? maybe the battery inside is slowly getting bigger? I didn't overchagred it.
