i updated my iphone to ios6. Then i cant upload photos on instagram twitter facebook and tumblr. i already changed my privacy settings and nothings changed. i cant still upload it always says failed.Help please

i think its not about the network because i can post status and tweet things well I just cant upload photos it always Failed.
