Why was Mobiel gallery ended with iCloud you can not send film

Cannot find out from anybody even apple stores why Mobiel gallery was cancelled . I know they said you have iCloud now but you do not have section in iCloud where you can share your movies. I did not mind paying for this service . Is there any future of apple getting this feature with apple I guess a lot of people are still mad about this. Apple has never given a reason for this Does anybody know? Thanks
