Your iPhoto Application is incomplete - there is a missing framework:

    Library not loaded: @rpath/PhotoFoundation.framework/Versions/A/PhotoFoundation

      Referenced from: /Applications/iPhoto.app......

To restore the missing framework, move your iPhoto Application from the "Applications" folder to the Trash (but don't empty the Trash) and reinstall iPhoto from the AppStore.

really hope i havent lost all my photos!

Your photos are still in your iPhoto Library. Installing and reinstalling the application will not modify the library. You should however make sure, that you have a backup of the iPhoto Library (it usually is located in the "Pictures" folder; when iPhoto launches again after reinstalling it will upgrade your iPhoto library to a new version; and then it is wise to have a backup, just in case.

    Regards

If reinstalling iPhoto did not help, reinstall MacOS X Lion.
