no provider-connection after updating to ios6

Hi,

i'm from Germany - where i got the iPhone 4s.

Currently i live in Japan. Some days ago the iPhone updated to iOS6.

After that I couldn't get any signal from my provider.

Chose the japanese provider manually, Restarted the iPhone several times.

Nothing happens. What else to do?

I need to fix it promptly!
