Q: iTunes won't open

I've tried uninstalling the old version and reinstalling the new version but iTunes will not open. A message pops up every time saying that iTunes is not responding and it just cancels the program.

Just in case, try updating your QuickTime to the most recent version. Does that help with the launch errors in iTunes?

I definitely tried that and the error still comes up. I think something might be blocking iTunes but I don't know what it is or how to get rid of it.

Perhaps give one of the following documents a try:
