Glad you made the decision to un-hack. This can be tricky and possibly irreversible. But try Recovery Mode: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1808

i am in recovery mode and my iphone is locked off. when i plug it in to itunes it says i have to restore it but i cant because it is jailbroken.
