Is there anyway I can upgrade my Power Mac G5-Mac OS X 10.5.4 to Intel Mac.

I have Power Mac G5-Mac OS X version 10.5.4 and has just upgraded it to version 10.8

I there anyway I can upgrade it Intel Mac so that I can install windows and Mac.
