Plays Sims Freeplay Error buying simoleons Error says Error 4444: Purchasing Server Error. Please Try Again Later.

I'm playing the Sims Freeplay and I go to the store to buy simoleons but when I try to buy it it says Error 4444: Purchasing Server Error. Please Try Again Later. It also says Please Contact Apple Support to Complete This Transaction. I did contact them by email but it didn't work. Any suggestions on how I can fix it?
