My iPhone won't backup

Since I updated my iPhone 4s I have not been able to back it up to iCloud, can you tell my why?

Can't tell you how it happened, but trouble shooting it usually involves starting by deleting your existing backup and trying again. If that fails, go to Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup>Manage Storage, tap the name of your device on the Backups list, then turn off a number of your apps so they aren't included in the backup (tap Show All Apps to access them all), then try again. If it succeeds now, start turning them on a few at a time and backing up. At some point you will probably be able to identify the offending app and exclude it from your backup.

Randers4. I have had the same issue with my iPhone 4S from Verizon. It has not backed up since 10/2/12 and will not when connected to wifi and locked or under manual backup. I have done everything except restoring to factory defaults. I didn't have any problems under iOS 5, but it doesn't seem to be working since I have upgraded to iOS 6. I was going to try the restore today. Any other advice before going to that extreme?

Try going to Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup>Manage storage>tap the name of your device under Backups, then under Backup Options turn everything to Off (tap Show All Apps) to get them all. Then try backing up. If it succeeds you'll know that of these items is causing your backup to fail and you'll have to locate it using trial and error (turn some on, back up...keep doing so until it fails again). Once you locate the issue, exclude it from your backup.

Your welcome. My recommendation is that you import you photos and videos to your computer and delete them from your camera roll (as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083). Then, if you still want some or all of your photos on your device, put them in a folder and sync them back by selecting the folder on the Photos tab of your iTunes sync settings and syncing. After doing so, they will appear in the Photo Library album on your device.
