Black screen with circling timer thing. Been frozen on this for like 4 hours...... is this normal?
Have you tried doing a 'hard restart'?
Hold the power and the home button at the same time. When it restarts and you see the apple logo,
let off of the buttons and it should turn back on.
I tried to reset my phone 3 hours ago. Its been 4 hours with the black screen with the circle timer thing...
