can't update my ios, got this error code.! any one can help?

The 0xE800002D error is not discussed in the link you or Lawrence Finch gave.
I'm having the same problem tamermoustafa is having.
iphone 5 latest iOS
Did you miss the line that says:
Alternatively, the error may be the same as above but end with a different number.
