My Macbook keeps switching between two screens.

My Macbook keeps switching between two screens. I am unable to get work done because it does this automatically without me even touching the computer. If I restart the computer it will stop for a while. But eventually the screen switching begins again.

Does anyone know about this issue and/or does anyone know of a resolution?

Thank you.

In System Preferences > Mission Control, uncheck first three items. If not dashboard related, please describe what it is switching between in more detail.

Thank you Power-PC.

I initially thought of this solution, however, I realized it does not apply. I am not touching the computer at all. No F-keys are being touched at all, nor is the computer being touched at all.

Basically I can be in any application, internet, or my Desktop. Suddenly Mission Control wants to slide in. Before I can even hit the button at the bottom of Mission Control it switches back to the original screen. Not too long after that the screen switching becomes more aggressive (for a lack of better words) and just quickly goes from original screen and Mission Control...back and forth, back and forth. Stop for a brief moment, then continues between original screen and Mission Control...back and forth, back and forth.

It is very odd behavior and cannot explain it. Any idea with this additional information?
