Can I accept new terms of service from IPhoto. I don't have an IPhone or IPad.

I cannot use Photo Stream becasue I can't update my terms of service through IPhoto.

The help box says "You can accept the iCloud Terms of Service from any iOS device signed in to the Apple ID that you use on your Apple TV:"

On your iOS device, tap Settings > iCloud.
Note: Verify that this is the same Apple ID you are using on the Apple TV.

I checked the Photo Stream box in IPhoto but it won't let me view a dvd. The photos show up in screen saver. I want to show a slideshow/dvd from IPhoto.
