Since iOS6, auto-orient to landscape broken. Safari, camera, calc etc!

When I rotate iPhone 4s through 90 degrees, Safari doesn't go to landscape orientation. When I exit with Home button and reopen the app, it finally goes to landscape.

Same for Camera app, Calc app etc.

Seems the auto-orientation to landscape broke since I installed iOS6. Auto orientation to portrait works, but not the other way.

I tried hard reset, any other suggestions?

Double click the home button, then swipe the bottom row to the left. You should see the leftmost icon appear as a rotating arrow - an arrow in the form of a circle. If there's a padlock inside the circle, click that icon and the padlock will go away, and you will have re-enabled the iPhone's rotation. If there was no padlock, you won't be able to change the device's behavior this way.
