'Break Apart Clip Items' resets all edits I did.
So, for example, I did fade in/out, volume adjustment witch all gets reset after aplying 'Break Apart Clip Items'.

If I do some tweaks on audio part of a clip, fade in/out, volume, and if later I decide to 'Break Apart Clip Items', all tweaks I did on audio part of the clip is reset when audio part is break apart.
What exactly is it you're breaking apart? I'm not seeing this happen on compound clips or secondary storylines. Screen shots will help.
Same happening here - not noticed it before.
Adjust the audio embedded in a clip (not CC) in the timeline. - add keyframes or fade-in and out at either end.
Break apart clip items - and the audio tracks appear below with no adjustments on them.

You're not supposed to break apart a clip. Break apart is used if you want separate tracks. Yes, audio adjustments will be lost, because you've made separate clips so you can set different values on them. In most cases what you want to do is detach, not break apaart; detach will maintain audio levels.
