Problems with "Conflict Resolver"

I have been having problems with "Conflict Resolver" for my calendar. Whenever I try to resolve it manually it shows:

"Unable to retrieve conflict information from sync server"

Every time I start my computer, this message appears from 'AppleSyncNotifier.exe':

"The procedure entry checkpoint could not be located in the dynamic link library SQLite3.dll"
