MacBook Pro 3.1 fails on start up. Screen very pixelated and says to restart.
I have an older MacBook Pro 3.1 that has worked great for a long time. On start up the screen is very pixelated and cascades to a large power button that states my computer needs to be restarted (in several languages). Any ideas as to the cause?
MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.8)
