on initial install setup question asked to use contacts, i said no (by mistake) want that option turned on don't see anywhere to do that deleted and reinstalled no help.. Any ideas?

Q: Find My Friends using contacts
On your device go to Settings/Privacy/Contacts/Find Friends, switch it to "on".
