4 Folders gone empty!

4 of my folders suddenly becomes empty! The folders are the first 4 folders in my Users/xxx folder which are Desktop, Documents, Download, Files, as well as few files inside /Users/xxx/Library/Application Support (Eltima/Folx & CandyBar icons are gone). Oddly enough, the folders are in tact and there's no trace of them in the trash. I did a check using DiskDrill, and the files are not there.

Please help me, I'd do anything.
