how do you order 2 iPhones in 1 order to Apple?

i ordered 1 iPhone5 to Apple. I would like to order 2 iPhone5 but i can't see where to add the other one.If i'm going to order again, does it charge another activation fee?

iPhone 5, iOS 6

I would start in the Apple Store and the Follow my order option and see what the options are there.
