In simple terms how do I get my playlist I purchased from an old computer to my new computer?

Hello, how do i copy a purchased playlist from an old computer to a new one? I only have a few songs on the new computer that were recently purchased, I have over 900 songs on old computer. Please advise in simple terms not a computer geek at all.
