will not stop syncing to "Notes"
Sync process will not move pass "syncing to notes". Whats wrong and how can I fix?

It sounds like some corrupt data... deselect the notes rom your sync data and try to sync... if it works then you have a note with corrupt data... try copying them or sending them to yourself via email option from within notes and then delete them all...
then add them back
