Q: Anyone who can help me in getting 400k formatted system and application disks for the Apple Macintosh 128k?

can anyone help me in geeting the 400k formatted system and application disks for the Apple Macintosh 128k?

I have downloaded the image files but can't create them on my MBPro :-(

Does anyone know if there is a way to create this disks?
