Trouble after upgrade to iOS6 with IP4

I got a lots of trouble with my IP 4 after upgrade to iOS6. I have tried everything but nothing helps, what do i do?

some of the problems are:

battery capasity is down to max 25% of it was before.

in calls my speaker/microphone can be quiet for seconds.

when i use any programs or apps, after a short time use the screen turn black whitout any reason and i have to start every thing over.

I`m in big trouble then i have to use the phone everyday at work, if i cant fiks the problem in short time i must by my self a new Phone

and it`s not going to be a iPhone.... so please help me anyone..... this is bad for my business and for Apple....
