Iphone 5 Bluetooth problems

Just bought a new iPhone 5, using iOS6.0. Tried pairing it with my Lexus RX330. Bluetooth does not recognize car at all. Can't even receive phone calls through my car anymore. It worked with old iOS5.1.1.

More bluetooth problems --

I just tried to connect my iPad and MacBook Pro with my iPhone via Bluetooth, and the iPhone5 does not recognize either devices.

Also, with the iPad sitting next to my MacBook Pro, the Bluetooth connection is spotty. It's on, then it's off.

Does anyone else have Bluetooth problems? Help!

I also cannot connect my iPhone 5 by bluetooth to my MacBook Pro. All of my other (older) Apple products work fine.

for what reason are you trying to pair your iPhone to your computer? Unless you're trying to tether your phone's internet connection, pairing the iPhone to the computer has NEVER been supported.

I figured out how to pair my iphone 5 to my car. It had to do with the car's procedures. From reading the discussions, I thought my car's Bluetooth was too old, but when I was at the Apple Store today, an associate told me the iPhone's Bluetooth should be backward compatible. He was right. I'm a happy camper now.
