HELP.

I have 2 IPOD Shuffles. The first one I was always able to transfer purchased music with no problem. I set up the 2nd IPOD Shuffle and am not able to transfer purchased music to the new IPOD and today am not able to transfer purchased music to my original IPOD. Suggestions..... Mike
