Right Click Only On Mouse

My magic mouse on my mac mini will only right click. I turned it off, erased the mouse from bluetooth and plugged in a usb mouse. It also only right clicks. I have tried to reset the PRAM but it won't reset. While hilding command/option/P/R down, it doesn't do any subsequest restart "ping". I have also unplugged the cables, powered down, held in the power button and plugged back in before powering back up. All this and still a right click only on my hardwired mouse. I have to think the fact the the PRAM won't reset is an issue, but this is as far as my knowledge will take me! Please help.

I haven't been on Tiger in awhile, but have a couple of things for you to try.

1. Go to: Apple > System Preferences > Keyboard & Mouse > Mouse and check to make sure that your Primary Mouse Button is set to Left.

2. a. Open your Keyboard Viewer and make sure that your Control key is not stuck.

b. Optionally disconnect/disable your keyboard and test your mouse buttons.
