If I read correctly, I purchased more iCloud space on 9/30. Now that I get 20 GB free, how do you go about getting a refund?

Not knowing they would extend the iCloud 20 GB for those of us who are long time .mac users, I purchased 20 more GB on 9/30. I feel I shouold get my $$ refunded or extended another year. anyone???
