my macbook pro is at 10.8.2 and it not letting me download onto any of my disks! do i have checked for updates and im all up to date!

I'm not clear on your question. Can you rephrase what your issue is exactly? And if there are any specific error messages you are getting, it would help to include those.
Ok sorry about that, when I open the installer, and agree to all the "terms of use" when it tells me to pick a disk to download onto, there is a little "!" Symbol next to each disk! And it won't let me pick a disk! I'm at school and I don't remember exactly what the error message says! I can check later if you would like!
The exclamation mark means you do not meet the requirements of the installer, or it isn't necessary. Usually it will give you more information somewhere on the screen.
Did you look through to make sure you have all of the correct system requirements of http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5422 ? Are you using the Remote desktop software to start with?
how do i see what my disks are at? if i need to update them how do i do that?
why wont it let me download?
