If I change my email address from me.com to Icloud.com, will emails sent to me.com be automatically sent to my icloud address?
Also, can my family members have icloud emaill accounts as well?

The @icloud.com version of your address will deliver into the same inbox as your @me.com address. It's currently being rolled out so it may not yet be available to you.
Other members of your family can get an Apple ID at http://appleid.apple.com and use it to open an iCloud account, but they will need to do this either on their own Macs or on different user accounts on your Mac, or it will get pretty chaotic.
